David is a recognized valuation expert, author, speaker, instructor, and workshop leader who is actively helping build valuation expertise in complex financial interests globally for the profession. Through conferences, workshops, webinars, publications, podcasts, and training programs, he works with valuation professionals, accountants, finance leaders, and advisors on the valuation of complex financial interests, advanced valuation methods, and their application to today’s constantly evolving capital structures. He holds a B.A. in Economics and an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University, where he has also taught finance and valuation courses. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and has published numerous articles on valuation of complex financial interests.
