Profit Acceleration: How Business Owners Can Grow from the Inside Out

Thursday, October 8, 2026
12:00 pm–1:00 pm PT
Format: Virtual webinar
Registration: $25 members / $35 non-members

About the Webinar
Most business owners believe they need more leads or more marketing to grow. In the majority of cases, though, the real problem is hiding inside their own systems: profit leaks, disconnected processes, and inconsistent follow-up that quietly drain revenue. When those issues are fixed, profit moves quickly.
For ASA NorCal members, this session is especially timely for the business owners you work with, since stronger operations tend to be reflected in business value.
The session will cover:
- The three most common profit leaks in small and mid-size businesses
- An example of the Profit Simulator
- Why internal systems matter, and how stronger operations translate into business value

Karen Luu, MBA
Karen Luu is the founder of Kluu & Company, where she partners with leaderpreneurs (leaders and entrepreneurs) to build scalable, profitable businesses through strategic planning, operational improvement, digital transformation, and access to funding, driving durable long-term impact for executives, founders, business owners, and investors.
